- Location and proximity to my work place - Neighbors seems to respect quiet and loud times - Friendly neighbors and families - I think unparallelled support for any maintenance issue and I am a property manager of rental properties and a real estate broker. - Good accommodations for the price Feel free to quote me unit # 298 the office staff knows me.

I would tell them that it is great. In fact I have told people that ask me about it that ha, ha.

Clean, well taken care of, value for the dollar, nice neighbors, great office staff, nice place to live etc.

I actually loved living at Aspen Lodge, gearing up to move out in March but not because I didn't love the apartment (great space for my son and I, quiet, great neighbors, natural lighting), the office staff (friendly, courteous, prompt, welcoming), the maintenance team (top notch, prompt, respectful), or even just the grounds (very friendly, family oriented, kids around, people walking their dogs, school nearby, parks nearby). I am only moving because I need a bit more space and I want a garage and a town home. After years of living in apartments (I'm in my 30's) you get to the point where you're tired of apartment living, particularly with a 4 year old, climbing the stairs every day with him, groceries, bags, etc. and walking to the carport gets a bit tiring. But that's just because I want more convenience. If I wasn't a parent I'd probably stay here because those wouldn't be an issue for me. I absolutely recommend Aspen Lodge to anyone and everyone. Great place, will miss the great staff and my neighbors - hard to come by these days.

I would tell them I rented this apartment sight unseen and it has everything I am looking for and I have not had any second thoughts since taking possession on Jan 27, 2012. Ample Parking, Washer and Dryer Hook-up in the unit, appliances all functioning and the maintenance requests for minor issues are resolved quickly without negotiating.

I just wanted to say thank you for getting everything done so quickly. We really appreciate it. You do have a big problem with tenants not picking up after their pets though. The grass and ground are a mine field of puppy piles around the apt building.

Comfortable. Grounds are very well kept. Office and maintenance staff very helpful and quick to respond to any issues.

They keep the area very clean, but it's not stuffy. They are fairly quick on calls we have had, which have been few. They are always friendly when I go the office to pay rent, grab a free movie, or request my mail. They all seem like they don't mind being there and they like to come to work.

I've been here for 9 months now, and have the same good feelings about Aspen Lodge as I did the day I move in! Thank you all (Heather, Elizabeth, Emily, Matty, Scott, and Jullio) for being so accomidating!!

The maintenance guys, while not always the best at fixing stuff, are VERY polite and persistent, so the job does get done, and they start work on it right away. The office staff and manager have been alright - they haven't been terribly good about giving us the benefit of the doubt when a conflict comes up, but when they realize what they're dealing with they're professional and willing to go the extra mile to make amends. I imagine their default attitude is probably due to dealing with other, much less reasonable residents, so I understand. The apartments are a little run-down, but we're in one of the ones that hasn't been "updated", so that's probably part of it. All the sinks need replacing, and our carpet was already pretty worn when we got here. The grout in the entryway tiles ls rather nasty, but that's what happens with tile over time. I kinda think I'd prefer the entire place were floored in laminate, just for practicality and cleaning, but that's probably tantamount to wishing I had a pet unicorn. I *have*, however, seen other apartment complexes go that route, so maybe it's more like wishing for a pony. :P Overall, good experience. We've enjoyed living here and intend to stay a good while longer. Parking: We've noticed some of our neighbors have . . . a lot of cars. It's a little frustrating that we can't manage to park our one little civic ANYwhere near our building about 30% of the time. Fortunately the neighbors appear to work odd shifts (too) so at least there is a lively vehicular rotation, which increases our odds of getting a spot. Noise: We are unusually well off here. We live above a model, and the floorplan we have only shares one very short living room wall with a neighbor, so . . . Construction: The windows definitely need replacing. They leak like seives, and their design makes it very hard/impossible to seal them in the winter.

I like everything except that you can't pay rent online without a crazy large fee.

The staff is amazing. When I put in maintenance requests they get done within 2 days, even if they are minor! I haven't had any real problems since I've lived here, and if I do, I know the staff will fix them in a timely and professional manner. Only one drawback is that I'm in a ground floor apartment and the floors are very noisy. My neighbors keep me up a lot. The floors are kind of squeaky and it seems like they are stomping all the time. It's pretty irritating, but also something to be expected when living in a ground floor unit. I love the ground floor unit patio though. I got to plant flowers this summer and it just made it seem more like home. For living in an apartment, I'm very happy with Aspen Lodge.
